Every cookie is baked fresh to order in LaBelle, FL. Because our cookies are a perishable, made-to-order product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once an order is placed.
Damaged, Missing, or Melted Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or is missing items, email us at bellebitescookies@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the order and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed by the carrier, let us know and we'll help resolve it.
